AWARE Auroville is looking for passionate volunteers to join its documentary and video storytelling efforts. If you love capturing meaningful narratives, framing visuals with intention, and shaping raw footage into emotion-filled edits, we invite you to co-create stories rooted in conscious living, Integral education, and experimental community.

This is not corporate filmmaking. It’s slow cinema. It’s honest conversations. It’s documenting the soul of a place unlike any other.

You will work on real projects—interviews, short films, social media reels, mood pieces, guided video tours, podcasts, mini-docs, and eventually, a full-length documentary on Auroville.

Whether you're a filmmaker, cinematographer, sound artist, editor, or someone with a burning curiosity and basic video skills—this space will grow you.
