We look at yoga as an individual endeavor. We practice yoga, and we look for specific outcomes or results. It may be health, or it may be increased awareness, energy, power, and knowledge. It may be liberation from a world of illusion, it may be spiritual freedom, or it may be a realization of the Divine. Sri Aurobindo and the Mother have radically redefined the objective of the yoga and the role and destiny of the individual.
