Regular Activities Conducted In The Centre
Daily activities include Pushpanjali (flower offering) by devotees at both locations, Blue Light Meditation, and yoga classes conducted by members of the Women’s Council. Every 15th of the month, a collective meditation is held at the Chengalpattu branch in the evening. On the 1st of every month, Prosperity Day is celebrated with the local village community and children at the Othivakkam Relics Branch, including special activities for the Children’s Corner, with transportation provided by van.

A major highlight is the Golden Day Darshan on 28th February, celebrated once every four years, where around 250 devotees travel together by bus to Pondicherry to participate in the Room Darshan at the Ashram. The Centre also celebrates the birthdays of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother every year with devotion and participation from the local community.

The Centre is well-organized with dedicated groups such as the Women’s Council (25 members), the Children’s Corner (35 children under 15 years), and the Youth Wing (15 student members). These groups contribute actively to the spiritual, cultural, and community-building activities of the Centre.
