Description
The center was founded as Sri Aurobindo Study Circle in 1954. In 1961 it became a branch of Sri Aurobindo Society, Pondicherry. In 1993 a Dhyan Mandir was constructed. Sri Aurobindo’s Relic was enshrined in 1998. An office complex with rest house and library, a book sale counter and the Mother’s Children Preparatory School were gradually added. special programs on Darshan days and weekly events on Sundays, Saturdays and Wednesdays are held at the center.
